Town vs Guest Wireless Access

Town's Internal Wi-Fi

Town laptops and other devices managed by IT department are pre-configured to connect to the Town's internal network through the Wi-Fi. When on-site and/or unplugged from your dock, your laptop or device will connect to this pre-configured wireless network. Access to this network is controlled by the IT department and the credentials are not made available to users.

Public Guest Wi-Fi

All Town sites provide a guest network for the public and staff to connect to. There is no password needed. The location you're connecting at will determine the name, eg. "PlainvilleTHGuest" is the name of the public wireless available at Town Hall.
