Transfer
Blind Transfer
- Press the Transfer button
- Enter the destination extension
- Press the Transfer soft key or hang up
Consultative Transfer
- Press the Transfer button
- Enter the destination extension
- Press the Consult soft key or wait for the call to be answered
- Pres the Yes soft key to complete transfer or press Cancel to return to caller
Transfer a call directly to another users Voice Mailbox
- Press the Transfer button
- Enter the destination extension
- Press the More soft key
- Press the To VM soft key
History
View your calls: To, From, or Missed
- Press the History Button
- Press the up/down arrow to select the call. Press the Dial soft key to call, or the Open soft key for more feature selections or information about a call
- Icons:

Left arrow - call received From another party
-
Right arrow - call made To another party
- Handset facing down: Missed call
Directory
Find phone extensions on your system
- Press the Directory button. Names sorted by Last Name. (Press the “By First” soft key to sort by first name)
- Press the up/down arrow to select the name, or enter the first few letters of the name
- Press the Dial soft key to dial the extension number
- Press the Open soft key for more feature selections (i.e. Dial VM)
Conference
- Make your first call
- Press the Conference button & make your next call
- Press the Yes soft key to complete the conference
Call Redirect
Redirect an incoming call directly to your Voice Mailbox:
- Press the To VM soft key as the call is ringing
Unpark
Unpark a call from a telephone
- Press the Unpark soft key
- Dial the extension where the call was parked
- Press the Unpark soft key again
Call State
Change your Call State
- On your phone extension, press the State soft key
- Press the up/down arrow to select Standard, In a Meeting, Out of Office, Vacation, Custom, or DND state
- Press the OK soft key to select the state
